INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS – OFFSET PROGRAMME

Under the Defence Offset programme, SEC was certified and licensed as an Indian Offset Partner (IOP) by the Government of India to provide manufacturing services to overseas defence equipment suppliers.

Audited and approved by overseas customer agencies for quality and manufacturing processes, SEC has, since 2008, entered into medium and long-term contracts for the manufacture and export of a range of ground support and naval equipment with various blue-chip companies/organisations from Israel and France, resulting in a quantum leap in terms of infrastructure, quality & testing systems and knowledge base. SEC has currently signed technical collaboration partnership agreements with DCNS SA, France and Intellitech, Israel.
